This privacy notice is designed to inform you about our practices regarding the handling of information that you may provide through this site or that we obtain from your use of the site. San Angel Cancun, Quintana Roo CP 77533 Mexico, protects and safeguards your personal data to prevent damage, loss, destruction, theft, misplacement, alteration, as well as unauthorized processing.

In collecting and processing the personal data you provide, we comply with all the principles established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations: lawfulness, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability.

What do we use your information for?

The personal data we collect is used for the following primary purposes: (i) To connect you with your selected event partners and send you quotes for the services requested, by sharing your data (contact information and event details) with the specific venues and suppliers you choose through our Request for Proposal (RFP) forms. (ii) To comply with applicable legislation, as well as requirements from federal and local authorities. We inform you that you may object to the processing of your personal data within 5 business days after having given your consent to this Privacy Notice. In these cases, your personal data will be placed on an Exclusion List, to which only persons authorized by the Company will have access. If you require further information, you may request it in writing sent to the Company's address located at Calle Zac Nicte 8 SM 50 Mza 22 Fracc. San Angel Cancun, Quintana Roo CP 77533 Mexico, or to the email address: info@mexicovenuefinders.com, addressed to Patricia Reyes.

With whom do we share your information?

The Company may transfer the personal data contained in its databases to any of its parent companies and/or its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, and even to third parties (specifically, the venues and service suppliers you select when submitting an RFP), whether domestic or foreign, and/or those third parties who, due to the nature of their work or functions, need to process and/or use such data, in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the legal relationship between said users as data subjects and the aforementioned companies (i.e., facilitating your event planning and connecting you with the requested services), unless the respective data subjects expressly object, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Any third party to whom the aforementioned transfer is made, as applicable, acknowledges having read this Privacy Notice and agrees to be bound by its terms. Likewise, the Company may share personal data with federal and local authorities, in compliance with the obligations set forth in applicable law and/o in response to requests from said authorities.

What security and control measures do we use to protect your personal data?

The Company implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data, which we also require our service providers to comply with, including services provided by subsidiaries or related companies.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal data?

You can contact the Company if you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data to stop receiving information about offers, promotions, and advertising for products and services by sending your request to the "Data Privacy" department via email at info@mexicovenuefinders.com.

How can you exercise your ARCO rights and revoke the consent you have given?

As the owner of your personal data, you may exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition to the processing of your personal data), or revoke the consent you have given to the Company for the processing of your personal data, by sending your request directly to the “Data Privacy” area via email to info@mexicovenuefinders.com; or by submitting a written request to the address located at: Calle Zac Nicte 8 SM 50 Mza 22 Fracc. San Angel Cancun, Quintana Roo CP 77533 Mexico. This request must contain at least: (a) the name, handwritten signature of the owner, and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; (b) documents that prove your identity or, if applicable, legal representation; (c) a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you are requesting to exercise any of your ARCO Rights; (d) an express statement revoking your consent to the processing of your personal data and, therefore, requesting that it not be used; and (e) any other information that facilitates the location of the personal data. Once your request has been submitted in the pre-established format, the Data Privacy area will communicate its response within a maximum of 20 business days from the date the request was received. If further information and/or documentation is required, the Data Privacy area will contact you within 5 business days from the date your request is received. You will then have 10 business days from that communication to provide this information. Otherwise, your request will be considered withdrawn. The terms and deadlines indicated in the preceding paragraphs may be extended once if necessary, and you will be notified through the contact methods you have established, stating the reasons for such extension, in accordance with Article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Revocation and the exercise of ARCO Rights will be free of charge, as will the reproduction of a simple copy or sending it by email.
